Director of Long-Term Services and Supports
Tanya joined our team in May 2018 as a Service Coordinator. After being at CILNCP for three-months, Tanya was promoted to Long-term Services and Supports Supervisor. Tanya manages a team of individuals that provide all aspects of long-term services, quality management, and the Nursing Home Transition program. She is responsible to ensure that the programs are operational, in compliance with the regulations set forth by the funding source and to make sure all services being provided meet quality standards.
Tanya has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Penn State University. She also has a Master of Science in Human Behavior from Capella University. In September 2019, Tanya will graduate with a Master of Social Work from Capella University.
Before joining the CILNCP team in 2018, Tanya worked at Crossroads Counseling as a Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Counselor for nine months. Before that, Tanya worked as a Service Coordinator at County Homemakers Service Coordination Entity for over a year.
Due to Tanya’s personal experience with a disability, she has the passion and heart to work with individuals with disabilities to maintain their independence. Tanya spent over 10 years overcoming her own disability and because of that, she has the passion and heart to work with individuals with disabilities to maintain their independence. Disability need not be an obstacle to success.
